Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

How long does a cleaning session take?
Yes. In order to bring your space up to our standard, the first cleaning will often take longer than the following visits so that we can give your space the deep cleaning it deserves and learn your home’s unique needs.
What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers day-to-day maintenance — dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and surface wiping. We recommend a deep clean every 3–6 months alongside regular maintenance cleans.
Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and products?
Yes — our team arrives fully equipped with all professional-grade tools, machines, and eco-certified cleaning products. You don’t need to provide anything. If you have a preferred product you’d like us to use for a specific surface, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.
